34 Pretty Pole Photoshoot Moves

34 Pretty Pole Photoshoot Moves

Pole photoshoots are so popular at the moment. They’re a great way of getting some amazing pictures of your favourite pole moves. It can also be so hard deciding on which moves to go for. The incredibly difficult moves are definitely an achievement, though they often don’t look that lovely. I used to always get pictures of the hardest moves I could do, now I definitely prefer the simple poses. They’re just so pretty!

Aerial Hoop Amazons

Aerial Hoop Amazons

The neck and side amazons were the first “scary” hoop moves I tried. The sliding out, hoping your arm will hold you is pretty terrifying when you’ve first started! I immediately loved the shape of them though. Now, after 5 years they’re still some of my favourite moves.

10 Aerial Silks Intermediate Drops

I love drops on the aerial silks! For me, drops are the best (and scariest) thing about silks. I think I may be a secret adrenalin junkie. It’s always best to start off small, but even the smallest drops can be terrifying the first time you try them. There are so many drops out there, and new ones being created all the time. You’ll never run out of new ones to learn.

Fun Ways to go From UNDER the Aerial Hoop to IN the Hoop

I’ve been really enjoying training aerial hoop recently. It’s usually my least favourite because it hurts so much! I’m not sure what’s changed but I’m totally addicted again! I’ve been doing a lot of combinations which has meant I’m using different techniques to travel up and down the hoop. I love finding new ways to put moves together!
