I seem to be spending more time than ever using knot moves in the aerial silks. There are just so many moves you can do! They can be fairly easy to get into, look gorgeous and don’t hurt too much. The kind of silks moves I love!

Knot Moves

Tying a knot in the silks is perfect for beginners. It gets you used to going upside down without there being much that can go wrong! It’s also great for building up the strength needed to invert without using the knot. Once you’re happy with the beginner moves there are loads of harder moves on the knot to try. Doing drops is also really good on the knot as a lot of them are less complicated than other silks drops. Have a look at Aerial Silks Knot Drops to see those. Knot moves are great for putting together into combinations or even doing whole routines!
